I wish I could even agree with the cartoon. It is cute but I always thought I would rather have a bad hair day than no hair :(. I work in property management and have worked in Texas and Oklahoma where the wind reaches 60-70 miles per hour. that is the reason I do not wear a wig. I have had people ask and state that I am brave, but could you see a fat, bald 40-ish woman running after flying hair? No thanks.
